Description
A new CPF/MCPF Certifcate will be mailed to you upon verification of the Census Form you must send in.
The Census Form will come as a link on the word "download" in your receipt email Fill it out and email to certification@ppfa.com
Once the form is verified, your new Certificate will be mailed to you.
